Delete your Santhati account
Applies to accounts created on santhati.com and in the Santhati Android app (package com.ameyem.santhati). Developer: Ameyem.
What happens when you delete
- Removed immediately: your name, email address, phone number, profile photo and Google/Facebook sign-in link. You are signed out on every device and cannot sign in to this account again.
- Closed: every branch you own or edit (your owner and editor roles), invitations you sent that were not yet accepted, access requests you had open, and any Sambandhalu share links.
- Kept: the people, families and photographs you added to a family tree. They are shared family records that your relatives rely on, held by the family group rather than by your account, and they carry no link back to your identity after deletion. To remove a specific record, delete it from the tree first (it can be restored for 30 days, then it is purged) or ask us below.
- Retained for the legal record: the consent entries you granted and audit history, against an anonymised account id only.
Delete from the Android app
